I found this video clip on winamp with Johnathan butler and his band. It's a really nice tune with a 6/8 groove. Nothing exceptional happens with the drumming, though towards the end it takes off a bit. Anyone know who's beatin' da skins? [img]smile.gif[/img]

Alright, I'm going to make this 3! Wasn't my intention, but I keep finding good stuff, so I'll add it to this thread. Don Grusin, Alex Acuna, and I don't know who the drummer is, but there's some amazing soloing going on here. And you'll laugh when you see the bass player jump around when he solos. Thanks for those Rudy ..enjoyable to say the least..i had to go to winamp to get it to work for some reason (and turn octimax off).

ended up also watching the clapton interview which was interesting. some great insights.

for some reason with gadd, clapton, billy preston and abe laboriel all there it got me thinking of old warhorses ...some pretty impressive innings there.

I don't want to sound funny about this, but apart from MSCearly, noone has commented on the Gadd clip,( everyone seen it?), noone has commented on the drum solo clip, and noone has attempted to identify the drummers. How come? Don't tell me y'all can't get hold of winamp?
